Front-end editor of hub topic/description.
Configuration
Open plugins.conf in your favourite text editor and add this line:
plugin /usr/lib/uhub/mod_topic.so
Hub commands

| !topic <message> | Change the topic (op required). |
| !showtopic | Show the topic. |
| !resettopic | Reset the topic to the default (op required). |
